Summertime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated rind
    6 c. assorted fresh fruit, drained
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and orange juice until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice and lemon rind. Cool completely.
    Fold in 6 cups of assorted fresh fruit.
    Turn into pie shell.
    Chill 4 hours.
