Sausage-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. milk
    16 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    5 1/2 oz. pkg. scalloped potato mix (dry)
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut
    sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
    Mix water, milk and sauce package
    from
    potato mix.
    Add potato slices, sausage, peas and carrots and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
