Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
    1 Tbsp. corn meal (rounded)
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together and add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes; reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until golden brown.
