Maple Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    2 tsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. maple syrup (not the artificial kind)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in ungreased glass baking dish (8 x 12-inch) or 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of apple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
    Serves 12.
