Mexican Luncheon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. diced green pepper
    2 c. raw macaroni
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sour cream
    1 onion, diced
    1 can tomatoes and juice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
