Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms (2-inch in diameter)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. savory
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems and finely chop. Melt margarine in a large skillet; saute chopped stems, celery, onion and savory.
    Remove from heat.
    Add bread crumbs, beaten egg yolk, salt and pepper.
    Place mushrooms, cavity side up, in a greased baking dish.
    Fill cavities with stuffing mixture; sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
