Lentil Supper * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lentils
vegetable broth to cover 1-inch over lentils
1 c. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. orzo
Preparation

Saute onions, celery, carrots and garlic.
Add lentils and vegetable broth to sauteed vegetables.
Cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
Cook orzo separately in vegetable broth.
Add to lentil mixture before serving.
A good one dish meal, enhanced with a salad and bread.
Serve in a bowl.
