Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
juice of 1 orange
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread 1/2 of batter in pan.
Spread 1 can of cherry pie filling on; cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
