Carrot Cake(A Family Favorite For Years) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. sifted cake flour
2 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots (1 pkg.)
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add oil and stir until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat after each addition.
Add carrots and nuts.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into three 9-inch greased pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 35 minutes or until done.
