Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage head
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut cabbage very fine.
    Put in skillet with melted bacon fat. Add salt and water; cook until cabbage is done. Add black pepper.
