Curly Lingemann'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and molasses, mixing well. Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add a little at a time to creamed ingredients; mix well.
    Take heaping teaspoonfuls and roll into balls, rolling each ball in granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
