Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, undrained
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf with vegetable spray.
    In a large bowl, flake the salmon, removing bones and skin.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Press into a loaf pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes; loosen eggs and lift out of pan onto serving plate.
    Cut into slices.
