Mom'S Secret Recipe For Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (Idaho)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (red label)
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just tender; let cool.
    Peel off skins and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and slowly stir in milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add in cheese and stir until melted. (Can add onion, if desired.)
