Cream Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium cabbage, finely shredded
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Crisp cabbage in cold water for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Combine all remaining ingredients except paprika and blend well.
    Pour over cabbage and stir to coat.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 6.
