Cold Vegetable Platter Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 dashes Tabasco
    1 lb. whole mushrooms
    1/2 lb. whole green beans, cooked and drained
    1 large red onion, thinly sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain and halved
    1 (14 oz.) can hearts of palm, drained
    1 head red leaf lettuce
    2 large tomatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients for dressing and set aside.
    Combine mushrooms, green beans, onion, artichokes, hearts of palm in large bowl.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Toss and chill overnight.
