Hot Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

25.6 oz. pkg. (8 qt.) instant nonfat dry milk
1 lb. instant cocoa mix
6 oz. jar nondairy powdered creamer
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

In large container, combine all ingredients.
Store tightly covered.
For each serving, mix 1/4 cup mix with 1 cup boiling water.
Makes about 50 servings.
