Noodle Soup Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
    3 c. water
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. chopped fresh tomato or 1 (8 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cheese; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
    To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheeses.
    Makes about 5 (1-cup) servings.
