Chicken Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    6 taco shells
Preparation
    Cut chicken into parts and bake, covered, 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Grate cheese, chop onion and tear taco shells into small pieces.
    Combine 1 can of soup with 3 Ro-Tel tomatoes plus a little Ro-Tel tomato juice.
    Heat this mixture; also, a little chicken broth may be used if needed or desired.
    Layer in a greased casserole dish, alternating chicken, onions, tacos and cheese and soup.
    Save some taco bits for the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
