All In One Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. oil
    3 medium carrots
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Combine salt, pepper and flour.
    Dredge chops in seasoned flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water; simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
    Add carrots and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Add potatoes and cook, covered, until potatoes are tender.
    Add water, if necessary.
    Makes 4 servings.
