Sauce For Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (keep syrup)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 10-inch skillet. Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 2 1/4 cups.
    Stir juice, water mixture, vinegar, catsup and soy sauce into skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Stir in pineapple, green pepper and onion.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
