Quiche Laredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can jalapeno peppers, drained and sliced
    5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    6 eggs (room temperature), slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation
    Coat a 9-inch glass pie pan with nonstick spray; sprinkle peppers evenly over bottom of pan, followed by cheese.
    Combine eggs and picante sauce and add to cheese mixture.
    Let sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
