Lemon Cheese Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 stick butter
3 c. sifted cake flour
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the margarine, butter and cream cheese. Add 2 eggs, 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar.
Mix on low speed until blended. Repeat until all ingredients are blended. Add extracts and blend.
Pour batter into a prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
