Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large artichokes
    2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
    2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    2 level tsp. garlic salt
    pepper (as desired)
    olive oil
Preparation
    To prepare artichokes, cut off pointed tips and cut stems so that artichoke sits flat in a large pot.
    Wash in warm water, drain, turn upside down and tap on cutting board to open flower in order to stuff.
