Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Preparation

Melt margarine and mix other ingredients.
Cook in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
