Poke Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O, any flavor (especially good with strawberry)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
any brand nondairy whipped topping
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and spoon over cake.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Top with any brand nondairy whipped topping.
