Frozen Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place in a large bowl.
    Cover cucumbers and onions with cold water and add 2 tablespoons salt.
    Let stand for 2 hours.
    Drain for 15 minutes.
    Dissolve the sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over cucumbers.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Put in freezer bags and freeze.
    To use, simply thaw in refrigerator.
