Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large can English peas, drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli. Arrange half of broccoli in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with peas. Mix other ingredients for sauce (except crackers) and pour half over peas and broccoli. Add rest of broccoli and then rest of sauce. Cover with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
