Oklahoma Oatmeal Bread(My Friend Corenna'S Aunt Eva'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk (use skimmed milk for heart-smart)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. uncooked oats
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins, more or less
    1 c. nuts (unchopped), more or less
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    bowl, mix together well the milk, oil and vinegar.
    Add the oats, flour, sugar, soda and salt and again, mix well.
    Dredge raisins and nuts in a bit of flour and stir in last.
    Pour
    into
    a sprayed or greased and floured (I use Baker's Joy)

    x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 (7 x 4 x 2-inch) loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes, or until center tests done. (Aunt Eva lived in Oklahoma!)
