Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. corn
    1 c. green chopped peppers
    1 c. red chopped peppers
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. turmeric
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Drop ears of corn into boiling water; boil 5 minutes; remove. Dip in cold water.
    Cut from cob and measure 10 cups.
    Combine corn with remaining ingredients.
    Boil 15 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars to within 1/2-inch from top of jar.
    Seal tightly.
    Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 pints.
