Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry or apple)
    2 Tbsp. milk
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add baking powder, salt and flour.
    Put half of the batter in greased pan.
    Spread pie filling on top.
    Thin the remaining cake batter with milk.
    Pour on top of filling.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon plus sugar mixture.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
