Chunk-Style Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced or cut in chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve warm.
