Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Skin and debone chicken.
    Dip in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Brown at 350\u00b0 in an electric skillet in margarine for 3 minutes each side, until brown.
    Lay sliced pepper on top.
