Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1 can coconut
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix as any other cake.
Start with a cold oven and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
