Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed but not drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 pan.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Pour batter over butter.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
