Swedish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 onion, cut up
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    2 bouillon cubes
    3 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour last 2 ingredients over first 5.
    Don't stir.
    Bake 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
