Ingredients

4 fish steaks (about 1-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Combine mustard, mayonnaise, ginger, honey and thyme in a small bowl.
In a large shallow dish, coat fish with mustard mixture on both sides.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate 30 minutes and refrigerate while preparing fire.
