Party Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, hard-cooked
    3 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 (1 oz.) jar chopped pimento, well drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt. Chop eggs; if desired, save some slices for garnish.
    Gently stir chopped eggs, potatoes, celery, sliced onions and pimento into dressing mixture.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
