Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1 to 2 c. broth
1 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. bean sprouts or bamboo shoots, drained
1 small can mushrooms
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until clear.
Mix with remaining ingredients, except noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with chow mein noodles.
Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.
