Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. carrots, cut up
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake for 2 hours. Add potatoes and bake another hour at 325\u00b0.
