Piccallily - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 green tomatoes (no substitution)
    small head cabbage
    5 onions
    5 bell peppers
    6 cayenne peppers
    3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
    2 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. canning salt (no substitution)
    1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice (no substitution)
Preparation
    Shred vegetables in food processor, and pour into a bowl. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and spice.
    Put into a boiling pot, and boil until transparent.
    Piccallily is ready to be canned.
