Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up
    2 onions, peeled and cut up
    3 celery stalks, cut up
    2 green peppers, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
Preparation
    Spray nonstick frying pan with corn oil spray.
    Add chicken and onion.
    Cook until chicken is white and onion is translucent. Add peppers and celery while cooking and stirring.
    Add pineapple and soy sauce.
    Simmer, covered, for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
