Grandpa'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 or 12 lb. stew meat
    onion flakes or pulverized fresh onion
    salt
    pepper
    jalapeno pepper
    2 cans each: corn, green beans and peas
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 bag carrots
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
    2 cans Snappy Tom
    catsup to taste
Preparation
    Pressure meat with onion, salt, pepper and jalapeno pepper for 10 minutes after steam comes up.
    Add corn, green beans, peas, celery, carrots and potatoes.
    Pour meat juice over vegetables into roaster pan.
    Add tomatoes and Snappy Tom.
    Add catsup to taste.
    Simmer until done or gone.
