Sweet Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork spareribs
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 dark beers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) orange marmalade
Preparation
    Place spareribs in a large pot covered with salted water.
    Add dark beer, onion, garlic and mustard.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
