Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (mild)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice mix
    4 cubes beef bouillon
    5 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and rice. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking to skillet. Pour this mixture into a 4-quart casserole; add seasoning packets from the rice boxes.
    Mix well.
    Pour the dissolved bouillon cubes and water into this mix.
    Cook, covered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
    This is delicious with turkey or any meats, alone or with gravy served with it.
    My family enjoyed it served at Christmas dinner with gravy.
