Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 c. grated onion
    4 or 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder and stir in eggs (beaten slightly), milk and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add corn and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
