Karen'S Favorite Coffee Streusel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Preparation

Combine in mixing bowl the flour, sugar, coffee, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, shortening, egg and milk.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Turn into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan, floured at bottom.
Sprinkle with topping.
