Broccoli Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg. chopped broccoli or fresh
2 to 3 slices bacon
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes, bacon and broccoli in just enough water to cover them.
When potatoes are done, remove the bacon.
Do not drain. Pour in desired amount of milk to make soup.
Add the Velveeta, shredded or thinly sliced.
Salt and pepper.
If soup needs thickening, stir in a few potato flakes.
Do not boil!
