Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix raisins and water; cook low for 5 or so minutes (until soft).
Add milk, sugar, egg yolks, flour and cinnamon; mix well. Cook on medium heat until thick (sticks easily).
Pour into crust. Beat egg whites and sugar until fluffy and pour over pie as a glaze before baking in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
