Miss Gertrude'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker pie crusts or 2 unbaked pie crusts
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lemon
1 c. crushed pecans
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 large can drained crushed pineapple
Preparation

Bake pie crusts according to instructions on the pie crust bag. (Or you may use graham cracker pie crusts.)
Mix together in bowl 1 can Eagle Brand milk, juice of 1 lemon and 1 large can \"drained\" crushed pineapple.
Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
(I like to add food coloring to Cool Whip, depending on the occasion or time of year!)
