Tuna Divan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen spears
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or toasted almonds
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry white wine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until crisp-tender. Drain.
    (Can also use chopped broccoli).
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook until bubbly.
    Add milk all at once; cook and stir constantly until thick.
    Add wine and cook 1 minute longer.
    Add tuna.
    Arrange broccoli in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce over all; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
